About Us

Loxahatchee Battlefield Preservationist

The preservation and unification of Indigenous history at Loxahatchee River Battlefield Park stand as a testament to the commitment to honoring and safeguarding the rich cultural heritage embedded in the land. This park serves not only as a historical battleground but also as a living archive where the narratives of Indigenous communities are meticulously preserved and celebrated.

Through careful curation and collaboration with local Indigenous groups, the park becomes a focal point for unifying diverse voices, fostering understanding, and promoting a shared appreciation for the complexities of Indigenous history. Interpretive exhibits, community events, and educational programs contribute to the ongoing effort to bridge cultural gaps, ensuring that the Indigenous perspective remains an integral part of the park's narrative. In doing so, Loxahatchee RiverBattlefield Park becomes a symbol of unity, respect, and a commitment to preserving the profound legacy of Indigenous communities for generations to come.
